  1. I have heard of so many benefits of meditation already. But over 70 benefits? Looks like I am missing out a lot.
Whenever I come across an article on meditation, I will ask myself should I be doing it. Well, ask and forget that is.
Your post here has given me something to think about. I will follow the link to find out more after this.
    Thanks for sharing!

    • Hi Sharon,

Please do follow that link, you will see a detailed post outlining at the present time 76 benefits of meditation. The Instructor of the Master Your Mind – Beginners course updates this particular article when he becomes aware of information that he has not put in the article that he thinks people will find of interest.

My advice is simple, purchase the course! Then when doing the course, look at this detailed information. I do not think you can go wrong. Doing the course helps to ensure that you get at least some of these benefits, whereas reading about the benefits, you may not be getting some of these benefits.

Also if you purchase the course, and you do not like it, you can request a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase, so there is no risk.

      • Thanks for the advice, David. Appreciate it.
